As an extension of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, Institutional Research (IR) is the source of official data for the College. With a focus on providing accurate and available data to internal and external stakeholders, IR ensures the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and customer service for all data-driven projects. IR is responsible for collecting, analyzing, reporting, and warehousing quantitative and qualitative data which informs College-wide decision-making and planning. IR leads compliance reporting to the Ohio Department of Higher Education’s Higher Education Information (HEI) system, and the Federal Government’s Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). Additionally, IR provides support for accreditation, program review, and grants, while overseeing institutional surveys, academic course evaluations, and the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
