Apply to Graduate (degree completion)
A student must apply to graduate for the term they expect to complete their degree requirements. If you fail to meet requirements for the term requested you must re-apply for the term you expect to meet requirements.
Deadlines for Submission

Apply for Certificate
Apply to receive a certificate for the term you expect to complete the certificate requirements. If you fail to meet requirements for the term requested you must re-apply for the term you expect to meet requirements.
Deadline for Submission
By the end of the first week of classes for the term you will finish the certficate requirements.Complete the Certificate Application.
Request for New Diploma
A non-refundable fee of $50 is charged to any graduate who wishes to replace a damaged, lost or destroyed diploma. To view complete information and get the diploma reorder form, click here.
