The Office of Accommodative Services provides accommodations to eligible individuals. If you feel that you may benefit from accommodations contact the Office of Accommodative Services to make an appointment.  Accommodative Services Records are confidential and are stored separately from educational records. Records received by Accommodative Services that contain information unrelated to the determination and provision of accommodations, auxiliary aids, and services will be destroyed. Information retained by Accommodative Services will be used to determine and provide accommodations. You may request a copy of your Accommodative Services records in person and a valid, government-issued photo identification is required.

Intake Interview

Students who are seeking accommodations will participate in an interactive determination process with the Office of Accommodative Services. Accommodation intake meetings take approximately one hour. To schedule, you can do one of the following:

Necessary Documentation

Students who have existing documentation should provide it during or prior to the Intake Interview. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, testing evaluations, IEP and ETR, and medical diagnoses. Documentation is not required in order to participate in an Intake Interview and will be discussed during the Intake Interview.
