At Rhodes State we believe it's vital you are set up for success right from the start. In order to achieve this we ask that you submit the items mentioned below.  Your Success Navigator then will work with you to register for your first semester classes and beyond.

If you are not sure what you need to submit, or have questions, contact your Success Navigator or email enroll@rhodesstate.edu.

What to Submit:

  • Official High School Transcript or High School Equivalency scores (GED, HiSET, TASC) – Required for Financial Aid
  • Test Scores (ACT, SAT, or Accuplacer)
  • Official Previous College Transcript(s)

How to Submit:

  • Mail to Rhodes State Admissions, 4240 Campus Dr, Lima OH 45804
  • Email to Enroll@RhodesState.edu; Email must come directly from your High School or College; or
  • Fax to 419-995-8112

If you do not have test scores or previous college transcripts, contact your Success Navigator and they will help you schedule a placement test.
