Our next set of Real Estate classes start on 8/23/21.  These are offered 100% on-line.  You need to take both RST 1020 (Real Estate Practice & Appraisal) and RST 1120 (Real Estate Law & Finance) to be able to sit for the state licensure examination.  Please note that RST 1020 will meet from  8/23/21 and run through 10/14/21.  RST 1120  will meet from  10/18/21 and run through 12/10/21.

Tuition for the Real Estate Program is currently $1,441.52 with in state tuition prices. You should also estimate approximately $200-300 for textbooks.

Real Estate Certificate Overview

The Real Estate License certificate program at Rhodes State College provides a foundation of knowledge that individuals need to be successful Real Estate Agents in the State of Ohio.  Courses emphasize real estate terminology, laws, processes, and procedures, and are taught by faculty with extensive experience in the local real estate industry. The certificate is offered in a 100% online format or an evening traditional format. Upon completion of this certificate, students can sit for the Ohio Real Estate Sales Person License examination.
