Real Estate

The upcoming dates for our Real Estate classes are listed below and are offered 100% online. You need to take both RST 1020 (Real Estate Practice & Appraisal) and RST 1120 (Real Estate Law & Finance) to be able to sit for the state licensure examination. You can take this course together or separately, it is up to you.

RST 1020 – Starts on 5/28/24 & 8/19/24 – runs for 8 weeks
RST 1120 – Starts on 3/11/24, 5/28/24, & 10/14/24 – runs for 8 weeks

Tuition for the Real Estate Program is currently $1,480 with in state tuition prices. You should also estimate approximately $200-300 for textbooks. Financial Aid currently does not cover Real Estate classes.

The Licensing Exam must be scheduled through the State of Ohio after completion of classes.

Real Estate Certificate Overview

The Real Estate License Certificate Program at Rhodes State College provides a foundation of knowledge that individuals need to be successful Real Estate Agents in the State of Ohio. Courses emphasize real estate terminology, laws, processes, and procedures, and are taught by faculty with extensive experience in the local real estate industry. The certificate is offered in a 100% online format. Upon completion of this certificate, students can sit for the Ohio Real Estate Sales Person License Examination.
