Human Resources Overview
The Rhodes State Human Resources program is designed to provide a hands-on, cutting-edge, and diverse education in a highly competitive field. Students in the program will build a strong foundation and understanding of Human Resources theories and principles. They will study strategies in effectively managing human capital, including building skills in the area of recruitment, selection, placement, benefits, compensation, safety, training, development, labor relations, conflict resolution and team building.
The skills attained in this program make Rhodes State Human Resources students highly sought-after for in-demand jobs in the field of Human Resources. In addition, students are prepared to successfully complete the industry recognized Professional in Human Resources certification exam. The Human Resources program is closely aligned with the Business Administration program so students can easily double major in both Human Resources and Business Administration.
Human Resources Highlights
- Degree is offered in a 100% online format using Zoom for class meetings. Many classes in the degree can also be taken in a traditional daytime format on campus.
- Students can pursue degree in a full-time or part-time format.
