Implementing Sustainable Change: Dealing with Terrible T's (turf, trust, and tradition)

A high percentage of change initiatives fail and the most common cause of that failure is found in the “human side” of the change effort.  It is how the change is implemented that creates the failure, not the idea itself.  We will explore the human dynamics involved in implementing sustainable change: turf, resistance, trust, overcoming “the way we’ve always done it” and the key steps involved in helping employees move from “what was” to “what will be.”
