Rhodes State College is hosting its 12th Annual Superintendent Summit on Friday, November 6, from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. This year’s Superintendent Summit takes place at the Keese Hall Multipurpose Center, located at 4240 Campus Drive in Lima. The event is designed for local high school superintendents who want to learn more about Rhodes State College and relevant higher education initiatives.
Superintendent Summit Topics
This year marks the 12th anniversary of the event, and organizers are excited to bring it back together in person. Attendees will hear about three key topics during the summit:
- Career & Workforce Planning
- Teacher Training for Tomorrow’s Workforce
- Strengthening Transfer Pathways
Together, these sessions are designed to help superintendents align their district’s goals with what Rhodes State College and its K-12 partnerships can offer.
Why Attend
Superintendents play a key role in shaping how students think about life after high school. So this summit gives district leaders a direct look at the programs, pathways, and partnerships available through Rhodes State College. For example, attendees can learn how transfer pathways are evolving, or how workforce planning conversations are shifting for the next generation of students.
