Construction Management Certificate Overview

The Construction Management Certificate provides graduates with the fundamental knowledge needed to develop construction projects on time and on budget.  Students learn construction building materials, quantity take-off and cost estimating, construction drawings and documents, scheduling, OSHA construction regulations and much more.

The Construction Management Certificate provides a strong foundation and technical skills needed in the construction field, and knowledge for the process of bidding a construction project.
