Student Success at Rhodes State College
Guided by our purpose, mission and core values, Rhodes State College is committed to student success - the achievement of expected learning outcomes that prepare students to compete in a global economy, understand and appreciate the world in which they live, and contribute to the needs of a diverse society. The Rhodes State College’s Student Success Plan is designed in accordance with the criteria established by the Ohio Board of Regents and posted on the Learning Accountability and Productivity in Higher Education website - a statewide site in which Colleges and Universities publish Student Success Plans and demonstrate their commitment to student success through quality learning. Rhodes State’s Student Success Plan is part of a comprehensive institutional effectiveness system which assesses campus-wide services and operations as well as their impact on student learning (see Figure 1: Compass Rose), as presented on the Institutional Effectiveness Compass Rose.
