Mathematics Courses Offered by the Center for Distance Education

Two courses are currently offered in Video Format.

MTH 030 Pre-Algebra presented by Ursula Brackney, (419) 995-8459, brackney.u@rhodesstate.edu

This course covers basic concepts of arithmetic and beginning Algebra.  This class is recommended for students to "brush up" on their mathematics fundamentals before taking Mathematics of Business.  (5 credit hours)

MTH 110 Math Of Business presented by Ursula Brackney, (419) 995-8459, brackney.u@rhodesstate.edu

This course presents the student with materials related to the business world.  Business formulas are used extensively to solve common problems frequently encountered by consumers and business people.  Understanding of Beginning Algebra is required for students taking this class.  (5 credit hours)
