Nominations for Rhodes State College Outstanding Alumni Now Being Accepted

Rhodes State College is now seeking nominations for the 2016 Outstanding Alumni Award.  Community members are encouraged to nominate graduates of Rhodes State College or Lima Technical College with achievements in their chosen profession, service to the community and/or outstanding contributions to Rhodes State College.  The recipient will be honored with a student scholarship in their name and be recognized at the Rhodes State College 2016 Commencement.

The 2015 Outstanding Alumni, Tim Mosher, is a graduate of the Paramedic program (1982) and Nursing program (1984). He currently works as a Certified Nurse Practitioner for St. Rita’s Professional Services and served previously as an RN and Fire Chief of Shawnee Township.  Mosher is also a medical volunteer for Samaritan’s Purse International Relief serving on crisis response teams in America and internationally.

Over 17,000 people have completed degrees at Rhodes State College or Lima Technical College. "They are improving the quality of life in our region and far beyond. We applaud their great accomplishments and are honored to accept nominations for this prestigious award,” stated Kevin L. Reeks, Executive Director of Development at Rhodes State.
