Bowers Appointed to ADHA
Denise Bowers, Chair & Professor of the Dental Hygiene program at Rhodes State College was recently installed as Vice President of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) during its Annual Session in Nashville, Tennessee. ADHA is the largest national organization representing the professional interests of the more than 150,000 dental hygienists across the country. As ADHA Vice President, Bowers will chair the Committee on ADHA Procedures and serve on the ADHA Executive Committee, the ADHA Board of Trustees, and the ADHA Institute for Oral Health Board of Directors. Additionally, she will attend all ADHA Finance Committee meetings and actively engage in the development of the ADHA strategic plan.
