Barons start off 2010-11 ORCC Season 3 & 0

Lima, OH – The 2010/11

Barons are currently sitting at 5 & 4 overall and a perfect 3 & 0 in the ORCC. While still early in the season, they have already won more games than the entire 2009/10 season!

The turnaround is thanks in large part to a commitment by the entire roster of young men playing for the Barons. So far, Coach Q’s motto of “Hard work pays off” certainly does seem to be coming true. Thus far, the Barons have topped 3 ORCC foes that all are projected to finish in the middle of the pack in Wright State Lake Campus 109 to 90, Ohio University Chillicothe 80 to 79, and Miami University Hamilton 74 to 69.

Coming up for the Barons is a tough stretch of games with non conference matchups with cross town rival UNOH and NCAA Division III foe Bluffton University. In addition to these non conference matchups the Barons will also be facing conference rivals Ohio State Mansfield, Ohio University Eastern, and Miami University Middletown. These next two weeks should show us a lot of what we can expect the rest of the way from the Barons!

Be sure to come out and support your Barons, admission is free to all Ohio State Lima/Rhodes State College Faculty, Staff, and Students.
