Rhodes State College Radiographic Imaging Receives Maximum Reaffirmation of Accreditation from JRCERT

LIMA, Ohio, 3-25-2020 - The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) approved an eight-year period of accreditation for the Rhodes State College Radiography Associate Degree and online delivery option at a meeting held on March 24, 2020.

JRCERT is the only agency recognized by the United States Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation for the accreditation of traditional and distance delivery educational programs in radiography, radiation therapy, magnetic resonance and medical dosimetry. Specialized accreditation awarded by the JRCERT offers institutions significant value by providing peer evaluation and by assuring the public of quality professional education in the radiologic sciences.

“Rhodes State has a great group of instructors dedicated to excellence and consistently work on behalf of the students to provide the highest level of quality education. This accreditation affirms this commitment and further prepares students entering the workforce,” said Angela Heaton, Assistant Dean of Health Sciences at Rhodes State College.
