Local Anesthesia Workshop

This course will provide dental hygienists with the basic concepts of local anesthesia. Course participants will engage in safe and effective administration of local anesthetics under direct supervision of a licensed Ohio dentist. Participants must, within 18 months of completion of this course, successfully complete an Ohio State Dental Board-approved state or regional written examination on local anesthesia.
