ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program
General Overview of Course Topics covered will include:
  • Key principles of food safety
  • Causes of food-borne illnesses and how to lessen the risk of food-borne illnesses
  • Proper ways to promote safe food handling processes from receiving to storage to serving
  • Programs to implement cleaning, sanitizing, and pest control
Your CERTIFICATION EXAM will be taken on JULY 30 at the end of class.
