Program Title: “Cyberbullying: The New Frontier in Peer Abuse”
Program Description: Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior manifested by the use of force or coercion to affect others, particularly when the behavior is habitual and involves an imbalance of power. This presentation discusses cyberbullying as its most recent form, and the characteristics associated with bullies and bully accomplices as well as the effects of bullying on those who are targeted. Suggestions for dealing with cyberbullying will be discussed.
