Food Industry Training for Maintenance Workers

This course will prepare workers for employment as industrial maintenance workers in food processing establishments. Topics include, but are not limited to, an overview of the food industry, best practices in manufacturing operations, commonly used systems and special issues unique to the food processing industry.
