Password Management Instructions

  • On any Rhodes State web page click “Choose Quick Link” on the top right corner of the page and select “Password Management”
  • Type in your user name (last name. first initial, middle initial – i.e. Doe.JE)
  • Enter Security Code exactly as shown in picture and click OK

If you DO NOT KNOW your password AND have not setup your security questions:

  • Contact Help Desk at 419-995-8069 to obtain a passcode
  • Select “I Have a Passcode”
  • Enter your passcode - MUST BE ENTERED WITH ALL CAPITAL LETTERS and DASHES
  • Click “Next” - Answer all security questions and then click “Finish”
  • Click “Go To Home Page” and then click “Forgot My Password”
  • Answer the security question displayed on screen. If you cannot remember or answer correctly, click “Cancel”. Then click “Forgot My Password” again so that another question is generated.
  • Create a new password that is at least 9 characters, contains at least 1 number and 1 uppercase letter, does not contain your first or last name and is not a previous password.

If you FORGOT your password or your account is LOCKED AND you have previously setup your security questions:

  • If your account is locked click “Unlock My Account”
  • Answer the security question displayed on screen. If you cannot remember or answer correctly, click “Cancel”. Then click “Unlock My Account” again so that another question is generated.
  • Click “Forgot My Password”
  • Answer the security question displayed on screen. If you cannot remember or answer correctly, click “Cancel”. Then click “Forgot My Password” again so that another question is generated.
  • Create a new password that is at least 9 characters, contains at least 1 number and 1 uppercase letter, does not contain your first or last name and is not a previous password.

If you KNOW your password and would like to update your security questions or just wish to change your password:

  • Click either “Manage My Passwords” or “My Questions and Answers Profile”
  • Answer the security question displayed on screen. If you cannot remember or answer correctly, click “Cancel”. Then click either “Manage My Passwords” or “My Questions and Answers Profile” again so that another question is generated.
  • Click “Finish” and then click “Close this window”
