The mission of the Grants Office is to enhance Rhodes State College’s internal capability to generate external funding by securing and managing grant opportunities. This mission is accomplished by providing leadership, support (administrative, professional, technical), and a comprehensive coordinated team approach to make the grant development, submission, implementation and management process as effective, efficient, and user friendly as possible for the Rhodes State College faculty, staff, and external partners involved in the grant development process.
The grants process from proposal development and submission to grant implementation and management can be an intimidating prospect if you’ve never done it before. One of your first steps should be to contact your friendly Grants Coordinator to arrange a meeting. Together we will discuss the project, the proposal development and submission process, answer your questions, and determine what support, resources and expertise you need to be successful.
If you have an exciting new idea or a special need and want to see if there are grant funds available, call the Grants Coordinator.
