PAYMENT POLICIES
FEES – TO BE PAID AT Rhodes State College BUSINESS OFFICE – Public Service Building, 2nd Floor

Rates
$1,500.00 per semester = full-time of 5 days per week (full-day) ($20.00 per day)
$1,200.00 per semester = 4 days per week (full-day) ($20.00 per day)
$900.00 per semester = 3 days per week (full-day) ($20.00 per day)
$600.00 per semester = 2 days per week (full-day) ($20.00 per day)
$300.00 per semester = 1 day per week (full-day) ($20.00 per day)
$300.00 per semester = 1 day per week (full-day) ($20.00 per day)

Rates are based upon semester attendance of 15 weeks.  You are expected to pay for your child’s “reserved space” within the classroom regardless of attendance.
Part-time students must have set days of attendance (i.e. Monday thru Thursday or Tuesday & Thursday, etc.).   This is required so that we may fill the days that your child is not in attendance with children who may require opposite days.  Therefore, changes in your part-time schedule are typically not interchangeable in order to prevent unlawful child-staff ratio.

*Please note - Finals week is not included in the semester rate.  There is a flat fee of $20.00 per day/ per child for the use of the facility.

Payments may be made in full at the beginning of the semester OR in three equal monthly payments DUE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH throughout the semester and must be paid at the Rhodes State College Business Office.   Based upon your enrollment request, a payment schedule will be provided with the monthly breakdown.  Unpaid fees will result in the termination of your child’s ability to return the following semester and/or you receiving college records (i.e. grades, etc.).
