Academic Dishonesty
James A. Rhodes State College
is committed to academic excellence. Therefore, academic honesty
from all is members is essential to achieving this objective.
For purposes of the Testing Center, the following are considered
to be academically dishonest:
- Not adhering to the guidelines of the instructor
- Claiming the work of others to be one’s own
- Using unauthorized materials
- Copying from another’s Testing Center
- Taking an exam for another
- Allowing another to take one’s exam
- Obtaining or providing to another an un-administered test or answers to an un-administered Testing Center
- Removing or attempting to remove a test, any portion of it, or its answers from the Testing Center
Consistent with James A. Rhodes
State College’s Code of Student Conduct, individuals caught
engaging in any of the above behaviors will be referred to the
Committee on Academic Misconduct for disciplinary action.
