Non Attendance
A student receiving financial aid who
is found to be not attending classes, may have all financial aid
immediately withheld until he/she satisfactorily completes the
classes.
Fee Payment
Students' financial aid is credited to
their billing account. Depending on the amount of
financial aid awarded, a student may receive a book voucher for
the purchase of books and materials per quarter, after fees and
tuition are paid. Students with an outstanding balance
from a previous quarter will not receive a book voucher for the
current quarter.
Estimated Budgets per Academic Year
The following budgets assist the
Financial Aid Office in determining students' financial need and
assist students in determining the approximate expenses that
will be incurred during the duration of a two-year education at
James A. Rhodes State College.
