Putnam County Learning Lab

The Rhodes State lab is located in the Putnam County Education Service Center near the new YMCA Education Building, 124 Putnam Parkway, Ottawa. The lab will be staffed with a CDE instructor two days a week and will be available for open lab and CDE testing on Wednesdays from 5 - 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 - 4 p.m.
