PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE:
- Complete form, Click Submit. It will be send to Jill Gear at PS 227.
- Request for grant writing assistance will be reviewed for approval.
- You will receive approval or denial for assistance within 2 weeks of your request.
- A timeline will be established depending on the funding source and grant requirements.
- If grant idea is approved administrator of grant will be asked to supply documentation to write grant, and participate in the grant writing process as part of a team effort.
AREAS GRANT WRITER WILL ASSIST:
- Consult with faculty/staff on grant ideas.
- Research the best funding source(s) for projects.
- Research material that will be used in grant proposals.
- Search for potential grants using the Web and other sources.
- Act as part of the “grant writing team” to ensure that the grant is ready for submission.
