Program Entry Status
Please log into Health Qualification to view your status on the list. Remember, this is the probable latest term of enrollment. It is possible that you will be invited into the program earlier based on a number of factors. Those factors are listed on the page that displays your qualification list information, address and phone number.
To log into the Health Qualification System, you must use your S.T.A.R.S. Online account information. You have the option to use your new Rhodes ID or your network username. If you are unsure of your Rhodes ID or of your network username please log into STARS by following this link. Once you are logged in, click "Personal Information" and then "View Rhodes ID and Username."
Once you know your Rhodes ID or your username, you can gain access to the Health Qualification system using either one along with your PIN that you used to get into S.T.A.R.S.
