Learning Center tutors are available to all enrolled Rhodes State College students as a free service Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tutor appointments for individual tutoring are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.

Besides working with students on course-specific topics, the peer tutors are available to guide students in strategies and techniques for being a successful college student. Tutors can help in many ways, such as learning new ways to prepare for and take tests, finding out how to get the most out of classroom lectures, or discovering effective ways to manage time.
