Have you had your H1N1 flu vaccine?

Flu activity is expected to continue for several months - now is the perfect time to get your H1N1 flu vaccine.

The Allen County Health Department will be on campus on January 26^th and 27^th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm in Rooms 212 &213 of the Public Service Building and will provide the H1N1 vaccine to all students, faculty and staff who would like to get one.  There is no charge for the vaccine.

Save time – pre-register on-line – be sure to hit “save” to save the information you enter, print out a copy and bring it with you on the 26^th or 27^th.  

Even if you don’t pre-register, you can still stop by and be vaccinated.
